Seafood

What is your favorite seafood?  Any good recipes to share?

I love Salmon, Shrimp and most fish but not any type of oysters or clams .... yuck.  I'm trying a new recipe tonight for Balsamic Shrimp Saute ... if it is good I will post the recipe. It is low calorie and sounds good.

 I absolutely love any type of seafood.I have found that the simplest usually taste the best though. I like to cook mine on the grill; depending on what type it is depends on the way I cook it. For a very easy recipe for just about any kind of fish with very little clean-up; I've got a simple recipe for anyone that is interested.  Take some foil; place your fish in it and season it with alittle salt, pepper and what-ever herb you may prefer. Then take some fresh vegetabes and layer on top of the fish; drizzle alittle Italian Dressing over it. Fold the foil into a packet and grill until fish is done. This is a great way to watch your weight and use less time in clean-up! If your fish is skinless, spray alittle Pam on your foil before putting on your fish so it won't stick to the foil.

I love most seafood.  I just had some crab legs that I bought at the grocery store.
