retainers

so....how many people wear one?? And, if you do, do you wear it as much as you are supposed to?? Do you forget occasionally? If so, does your mouth feel different?

My daughter went through three top retainers.  The bottom retainer was glued in and is still there after 14 years.  Occasionally she will find her top retainer and will try to put it back in but her teeth have moved enough to make it uncomfortable.
