i cashed out june 2 and today is july 20th. why am i still pending?

     This is my first credit and I went through paypal, it is still pending and I did it in plenty of time for this month, still waiting. I am wandering if this is for real . DC

It seems to me that everyone thinks that if they cash out a few days before the 20th, they will get paid on or around the 20th but that isn't so. You cash out at the end of the month and around the 20th of the NEXT month, you get paid. And I'm a newbie LOL-just gotta read the TOS and rules and stuff
