I am new too but I recieved the first bonus $5 right away..Sometimes it takes awhile for them to confirm a survey you've taken. I guess that's because they go through and make sure you gave all the correct info. Wait an hour or too then check again by going to your account info by clicking the account button once your signed in(upper left corner.) Scroll down once your on the account page and on the left side a little ways down you will see the total ammount of money you've earned so far. There's different types there. It will say something along the lines of total money earned and then under that it will say: "($5.00 in bonuses.) " if you completed the bonus survey. If you still don't have it after a day then you must of not completed the whole survey or it's just an error on the site and I'm sure they will fix it for you if you send them an e-mail or something like that through they're customer support. Sorry for the long message as this is my 1st reply on the forums and I guess I'm a little keyboard happy lol.
