No, the dream act is just a ploy to get Obama the hispanic votes. Many immigrants have come to the US and received their citizenship legally. For those who have come a stayed without citizenship for some weird reason have just as many rights as those who are legal citizens. Its not right and Obama is just a jerk who does what he want regardless of who it offends or hurts.
