Recipe for Easy Cheesy Zucchini Casserole

Recipe for Easy Cheesy Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients
1 c. mayonnaise
1 onion minced
1 egg
Dash salt and pepper
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3 medium zucchini, diced, no need to peel

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Place in greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with dry bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered.

Uncover and bake an additional
30 minutes serve hot.

   This Recipe for Easy Cheesy Zucchini Casserole sounds so good!!! and does not look like it will be to hard to make  :D
