Which ones typically work and do not? Or which worked/didn't work for you?

The Netflix offer never works for me.

Though, Netflix credited to me as soon as my first real billing period started. The only offer that never credited for me was the Eat Better America. The rest seemed to work fine. Though, I'll admit that at one point, the Entertainment Book offer would not even load at one point... but I eventually got it to load, got a book, and got credit.
