This is very good for heart health. I find it is higher quality than fish oil.

I was taking and still take fish oil for the health benefits. Recently I started taking krill oil and i noticed my energy level increased and I was running around cleaning and working and shopping with no problem whatsoever. I have fatigue  problems so this is truly great for me. People may think those things don't make a difference but they do.

I try to limit the supplements I ingest and get the nutrients
from natural food sources.  It is almost impossible in our
fast paced society to eat healthy.

I have been taking it on and off. I prefer it to taking fish oil supplements as I find many fish oil supplements come up on me and I get a fishy taste.  Krill Oil does not cause me any stomach upset or bad after taste issues.
