There will be a dance for the Special Needs Adults held by the People First group.

They have a DJ and everyone wears costumes....staff and clients alike :)

We have a "Trick or Treat around the square" where the downtown businesses hand out candy to all the little kids in their Halloween costumes.  It's fun to see all the little "ghosts and goblins".
