not getting credit
« on: September 30, 2013, 05:42:04 am »
today, my balance went down to $7.61 from $7.95. I tried to send a Support ticket. That didn't work either.....so I am posting here. I hope you can give me an answer with my email that is registered with my account.

You need to cashout within 6 months or credits expire.

If you click on My Account you'll see all your credits and their status.  Look for Expired   Credit is older than 180 days (about 6 months) and has expired.

If you look at your account it would tell you what credit(s) were denied or expired

But it wouldn't take very long to make that 34 cents back

As many people have stated, it could be that you took over 180 days and those credits expired, or the credits could have been reversed for some reason.

1 of two things likely happened.

1.  A credit you had was reversed maybe because somewhere you were given double credit or credit for something not completed

2.  You had some credits/earnings expire from 180 days or more ago
