congrats on the new home! It is a very exciting and nerve racking as well. I have only done it once and it was over 20 years ago. However , my mother recently bought a new house. She is downsizing.
My brother and his wife are closing on a new home next week. They say it is a buyers market!

It is a wonderful feeling to get your home paid off.  One of the smartest moves we ever made was to pay extra on the principal each month.  We were able to pay it off early and saved thousands in interest.

Awesome! I hope you have many good memories in your new house! I hope your new neighbors are very nice. We will be putting our house up
for sale in the spring so we have started to look at houses for sale. It is fun to look on line to see whats out there,but those prices GOOD GRIEF!
