sign up bonus
« on: November 15, 2013, 05:01:38 pm »
I had signed up for fusioncash awhile back. I had forgottem all about it. Anyways I remembered and I logged in to the website. When I first logged it showed me a balance of $5.51. As I was looking through the offers I seen one that I wanted to sign up for. I completed the offer and went to check to see if I received credit for the offer. Something happened where I had to log  :confused1:in again and when I did, I seen that my balance was looking$0.00. I tried for the sign up bonus but it said that I had already received the bonus. Any help from you would be greatly appreciated. Also the offer I completed was the " CLIP AND GO" the reward for that offer is $2.00. Thank you.

Any credits that are more than 180 days old expire.

Look at the details of your account page -- if you have any credits that expired because of the 180 day rule, they would show up as "expired".  Any that are within 150-180 days old will have a warning letting you know that will expire in "x" days.  (Or at least they did under the old format.)

If you haven't been around for 180 days and your account page doesn't show the $5.00 bonus or what happened to it, it would be best for you to send in a ticket to Support.  (Click "Get Help" and then "open a new support ticket". )  They may see your thread on the forum, but it would be more direct to send in a ticket.

You can also click on the (green) link "all of the offers you have clicked" which you find on your account page right above the "Expand all" link.  That might give you a clue about what happened to your credits.

It might also just be a glitch -- and everything will come back after you log off and come back on.  If you haven't cleared your cookies/temp files recently, it won't hurt for you to do that and then log on again.
