They killed off the Black detective, Carter after plotting near kills of Detective Fusco and John Reese.  The main guy for the NYPD HR scam in in custody and the 2nd in command guy is on the run.

Hopefully, they will get off the whole HR corrupt cop stroylne and get back to focusing more on Finch, Reese and the machine and helping differnt random victims from now on like before.
