I do not think that your phone company has anything to do with the phone number verification required by Fusion Cash. I do not think that it matters whether your phone number is listed or not. If you have a phone number, you give it to Fusion Cash and they will call you to verify the number. I did it over four years ago. It was simple and there was no problem.
