I try to use coupons for only things that I usually buy.  Sometimes I use one to try a new item or something that I don't usually buy.

Not as much as I use to, I haven't really came across too many great deals, I still buy the papers though, I don't want to miss out on a coupon that would get me free makeup at walmart or cvs.

I use coupons whenever I can. None of the stores in my area allows doubling and some limit the amount of similar coupons to be used. Usually up to four similar coupons are accepted. But I'm very happy when a store has something on sale and I have a coupon for it. Especially if I have more than one coupon. A few days ago I came across this app called cashout51 and ibotta. Both kinda work like coupons except you build up credit instead of getting cents off at the register.
