I am thinking out switching one of my cars out & getting the next one on lease... for many reasons.
That is the major item for 2018.   

Also one of my kids is going to college shortly so we've been hunting for schools, so onward & upwards

oh yeah, many plans, pay down debts, find land for purchase, build one more home - be happy and free to be - oh yeah, some gold panning too to help pay for more fun!

I do think about the future too. I still will be working and living here.
