from our court case yesterday my husband got the defender good.

defender: officer smith was the officer that came to your home at the time of the incident is that right?

my husband: no it is not officer smith sir

defender how do you know its not officer smith that came to the house

husband: he was classmates with my son they went to school together and used to be friends

defender how do you know you can recognize officer smith

husband : duh!  He spent the night many times with my son and news flash I met him so I know who he is
