Problem with PTC Captcha

Today, I had a problem when I did PTC. The captcha did not load. I got a blank page. I had to report a problem at the question mark and then it loaded but the captcha was scrambled. I had to refresh several times before I could make out the captcha.

I have a lot of problems with the scrambled captchas.  I have vision issues so the distorted codes are very hard for me to read.  I usually have to refresh them several times before I can get one that I can make out.

Sometimes the captcha gets a little goofy.  I've had that happen to me several times.  All I do is keep hitting refresh until something makes sense. 

I think we should get credit for solving the captchas. Some of them are real riddles.  LOL

I have not noticed any such issues with the PTC captcha recently. The only issue I had was a few weeks ago where it said I had to keep the page open for a lot longer than the typical 60 seconds. I ended up having to do the entire PTC again, but I did ultimately get the credit.

Have you tried the audio option?

Works okay!  No problems with ptc.

I haven't had problems but do need to refresh sometimes to get one I can read easily... also try using the audio option as I use that as well when my eyes are bothering me

Lately, my captchas have been an ad that displays a couple of words after a second or two.  "cinnamon rolls", double rainbow", usually two words that are easy to read.  I have, in the past, had the captchas that are so scrambled it takes few tries to get a legible one.
