It's a survey site. You can find it in the FC Surveys tab on the left side under Daily Surveys, or in the Earn Cash tab.

I had put in a ticket about Tap Research not crediting lately and a couple days ago I got a reply saying FC had fixed the problem. I also got all my back cents that had not credited. It was nice to see it.
