Are surveys paying for DQ?

It shows I tried 5 surveys and was given the 1 cent because I was DQ'd as usual, yet it wasn't added to my balance (at the top of the page). I have a feeling they aren't going to pay it anymore. Anyone else? I just don't know why I bother anymore.

The surveys I have on my page either don't work or will not give me the one cent DQ when I don't qualify for them.  The only thing I am getting right now is the daily e-mail.

Check the link to "Account"  all DQ's are there on mine, and the Bal at the top is correct.

They are still paying me the penny for each survey that I am disqualified for.
