Too old for what?  Too old to be alive?  I guess whenever you die.  Too old to ride a roller coaster? Never!  Too old to jump?  I don't know, I can still jump.  Too old to fall in love? Love knows no age.   Be a little more specific...

Too old is if you think it is.  Too old fifty years ago is not the same as it is today.  The lyrics from the song "you're never to old for rock n roll if you're too young to die" pops into my head.
