More cold weather

Here it is early this morning it is 20 degrees outside.  We had warm weather until a few day ago.  It stayed in the upper 70's and one day it got up to over 80 degrees.  I was enjoying sitting on the front porch in the warm sunlight.  Now we are in the deep freeze.  I hope everyone has a blessed Thanksgiving

As soon as it gets colder and darker, I don’t want to go outside at all. And I don’t even want to do anything. I don’t know, is it like this for everyone? And it’s not just the usual winter blues, when you want warmth, coziness, and you’re just too lazy to go outside into the cold and darkness. It’s like I have no energy at all. Is that normal?
