Try to clear some history, possibly you have been doing them after doing many other offers and the cookies/files are getting overwhelmed?  I know sometimes when i clear history, it will work!  Good luck!

I filled out all information, Did the GLADE offer just because I like glade products and can always use free coupons!
Also, when you get to the page that says you must complete 2 offers I click on them, but do not complete them,
I leave them up until it credits my FC account most of the time, but not always...I hope this helps!
