Worst Christmas present you ever got?

 :sad1:Bad presents are better than NO presents... Except this year!!!  My best friend sent me a 30 year old coat that smells like mothballs... It is hard to thank her for that peice of crap.. I spent over $300, and shopped a long time to find her something nice.. And i know if i say something, she will say I'm being  snotty.. But it is really smelling up my house.

Worst? .........mmmmm The worst i would say is this xmess when i was about 11 or 12 i took a bath and got out dident have any underware, mom had told me she would get a par and bring them to me come to find out there wasent any clean, one of my presents was underware and so she went and got the present unraped it and gave me a par, that was not a vary good xmess, atleased thats the one that sticks out in my mind....

My girlfriend's mom this year gave me an ugly purple sweater with the Reebok logo on it.  Terrible gift for me for many reasons:

-Its PURPLE.  WTF?
-I never wear sweaters.  My body is always really warm while indoors, and if I'm going outside, I'll put a jacket on.  Its easier to get a jacket on and off.  If I leave the sweater on, I'll sweat like crazy inside.
-Reebok is still around?  O.o
-Its two sizes too big.
-Did I mention its PURPLE?!

When I was hmm...seventeen years old my grandma crocheted me a 3 size too big sweater with a HUGE ice cream cone with 3 scoops of ice cream on the front and gave me one of them denim purses that you can put jewels and sequins on. Seriously, it was awful. I was 17! What do you do with something like that?

Every year without fail.  I just smile and say thanks, you can't be rude, it is the thought that counts.

OMG all i got was some body spray, a bar of soap and a black shirt...wtf? are they trying to tell me something? lol...well yea thats all i got...oh well...merry christmas to me lol.

I got an apple cinnamon reed diffuser yum, a t-shirt, licorice cremes yum, and I got myself a wireless keyboard and mouse.

My ex-husband gave me things that HE wanted. He bought this lamp "for me" that he had been wanting. Yes it was nice but wtf!

I can't really say I've ever gotten a horrible gift.  I'm thankful no matter what I get, I know what it's like not to get anything.

That being said...one year, our first Christmas together, my boyfriend now husband got me a crockpot.
