how do you reward yourself?

when the weather cooperates, I like to be outside as much as possible.  long walks are a wonderful reward.  I just received an mp3 player from a friend, so that will be added in as a reward!  generally, I use books as my biggest reward.

I just like to play games. Or go to sleep early. That always feels good.

Being able to relax is my reward. should get my butt off here. I have school work thou that consumers about 50% of my time so all the old free time now goes to school work. I dont even have that much time to try the surveys anymore.

i like it when Arby's has their 5 for 5.95 i always get the beef and cheddars they are my fav.

I reward myself by going shopping. I will buy myself something that I have been wanting. That always makes me feel good. I think it is great therapy. My next thing to buy is a pair of Doc Martens. Can't wait!

today I had to take my 2 yr old to the dr.  as his "reward" if he was good i asked if he wanted chicken nuggets or pizza and he exclaimed "CHEESE PIZZA"  (this is a treat in our house!)

After his wonderful behavior at the dr. office he and I went and shared a slice of cheese pizza and then got some chocolate ice cream -- he has been an angel all morning! 

How do you reward yourself?

well if i could win the big prize in kohlers kontest id buy myself a peperoni pizza and a banana split

I buy myself a bottle of Nuvo. I will probably get one for myself as a birthday present this year. It is a cheap "gift" to myself lol  but costs more then I want to spend on a regular basis.

The worst for me is doing homework, especially reading.  I let myself have maybe 1 m&m or something along those lines for every problem I get done or every page I read.
