this has happened to me but like today instead of trying to do the paid to click ads again. I went to my account and I was credited.  I also was looking for that last thing to click here to get credited and I didnt see it but the timer was set again so I just went to my account and look for the 22nd payment and it was there.  I hope that helps.

I did it this morning using Safari.  No problems.  The bug has been fixed.   :)  and I did get credited for every day that I did have problems.   ;D

I did it this morning and it worked like normal using the same I did when having the problem.
