Lookout for the MSN Virus!
« on: March 05, 2010, 03:54:35 am »
So I got on MSN for the 1st time in awhile and one of my long time IM buddies sends

STRAWBERRYSHORTI3:58 AM
hahaha foto  http://imageexists.com/showimg.php?=
dont click that!!! ^my email was on the end after the =

I knew right away it wasn't a good thing cause it was an .exe file, so i cancelled out

then the hacker signed out and she signs back in again, so i asked her why did she sent that...then she realized someone hacked her account... so i warned all the people on my IM, and one of em told me they got the same *bleep*,  totally fucked up their computer...So lookout!

Ive come to find out SNopes isn't a very reliable source... This virus is real, just google search MSN instant messenger virus"

normally if a link has a picture it will have  .jpg  or  .gif  on the end of the URL...anything with  .EXE as the extension dont download, cancel out, never save it or install!

Yes multiple are affected by this virus. the best thing to do is to change your status to say "this account was hacked please add my new one at example@hotmail.com(ofcourse you add your own email). and before you actually do create a new msn account scan your computer for viruses and keyloggers!
