Haven't been credited with Gamefly on the Special Offers

Lately, I've been having a heck of a time trying to get my credit for the Gamefly offer on the Special Offers page. I submitted a support request for it, provided them with all the requested information regarding my completion of the offer, they said they would work to credit it shortly.
Then absolutely nothing... I've been trying to contact them for the past few weeks to no avail.
They won't even return a simple message and it's really starting to tick me off  

What should I do in this situation? Because I feel like I've been ripped off.

edit: I forgot to mention the last day I heard from them was March 8
