It's a one time thing. You get 25 cents for following FusionCash on Twitter when you have at least 5 followers.

No this is still current. I just did it and got my bonus immediately. And then I tweeted that I got the bonus, so maybe I'll even get a referral or two! This is one of the easiest bonuses FC has offered.
