How many glasses of water do you drink a day?

I drink water like it's my job. XD At the very least, 5 cups a day. I drink soda about twice a year but juice and water are delicious!

I strive for 64 ozs a day; usually do 32.

An aside for anyone who has or might develop polycystic kidneys (its inherited, but can occur spontaneously):  studies have shown that drinking a lot of water can help reduce and/or inhibit the grow of the cysts in the kidney.  Apparently there is a hormone that encourages the body to create the cyst to "retain liquid" and drinking lots of water/liquid encourages the body to reduce production of that hormone.  Obviously this is a long term and continuing process.

I don't drink enough water to see a difference, but it's nice to know something might work.  Think I need to drink more than 120 ozs/day -- maybe even more.

I strive to at least drink close to a gallon a day which is ideal for health.

haha!!!  I think I would never go far from a bathroom either!  I have heard you CAN consume too much water.  I drink mostly water, coffee in the morning the almost all other drinks are water.  Occassionally I will have Sweet Tea or a Diet Coke.  If I had to guess how much water I drink daily,  I would guess 6 glasses max.
