ALL IN ONE TOOLBAR

This toolbar is a new offer under special offers.   I downloaded it but did not get credit.   I asked FC members what their experiences were with this offer.  Only one member answered and this member got instant credit.   Anyone else?   credit or no credit.  The offer says to download toolbar and run software.   Maybe that is where I went wrong?   What does it mean to "run software"?
