Does anyone use the post office anymore?

I sell online. I usually go if i have a big package to ship if not i will schedule a pik up.

Mostly for sending packages and stamps. Also I'm a student and a lot of scholarship applications required me to send everything in hard copy through the mail.

Yeah, I use it to send stuff to my bank and to send boxed stuff.

I love going to the post office! My mom goes all the time.  We're always sending things here and there.  I used to like it more when they had this awesome stamp machines.  They took them out a few years ago though.  The machines used to give change in dollar coins, so my sister and I would purposely put $20 bills in there just to get tons of dollar coins.  Now we don't really know where any of them are.  :-

well the only times when i use the post office are when i absolutely have to send something in the mail, if i am shipping out a gift to someone for example. other than that no i dont use the po.

i do to send my penpals some letters. sometimes it gets lost though. i hate it.

Yes. I still mail bills and need stamps. i also ship packages.

yes go there to drop off mail and to buy stamps visit at least once a week for one reason or another.

I do to pay bills and send cards. I don't use the computer to pay bills online. Just don't trust it

its been a long time i have written a letter...i use post office for corrier stuff...

I do, but I try my best not to. Not because of technology and email and all that junk. But because there are these two homeless people that sit in their electric chairs waiting for people to come out to ask them for money. The parking lot to my local post office is one way, and it takes you out through an alley to get back out to a main street. One sits at the very point where the parking lot connects to the alley and then one sits at the point where the alley connects to the street. It's like going through a hobo gauntlet.

At first it was just one homeless dude, the one that sits by the main street. But then that other one showed up and it's like, come!? Couldn't you guys alternate days or something? It's not that I don't like homeless people, it's just I can't decide which one to give money to. It's like trying to pick your favorite and give them money. Lol they're well known too. If you check the yelp (I think it's yelp) page for my post office, you'll see people complaining about them. Homeless guys at the post office and the dancing sailor is what my city is most known for.

I still send greeting cards and some gifts through the USPS. Since paying bills online became available almost everywhere, there is no reason to send in a check and the price of stamps is outrageous!

i did every day for a year when writing to my fiancee. i used it just the other day also. i love sending and receiving mail.  it makes me feel like a professional haha

I still use the post office. My boyfriend is in the military and is in Alaska for 3yrs. I don't trust taking my mail to the boxes any more because sometimes the mail people don't come pick that mail up on time.

I LOVE they're new "If it fits, it ships! For one flat rate!" I use it all the time now.
