This is quite interesting! I read the book years ago to my children. A long time ago I used to eat pork, but I don't anymore. I would say that I'm a vegetarian, but I do watch what I eat now that I'm getting older. :D

My son came home one day wanting green eggs.  He isn't a big a fan of ham so he just had the eggs and for a while that is all he would eat.

Of course I've had green eggs and ham. What child hasn't? Haha. My dad was big on all the Dr. Seuss books and read each one of them to us growing up. Saturday morning we'd watch cartoons and he'd make breakfast. One morning he surprised us with green eggs and ham. :)

We didn't have ham this morning but I did crack some green eggs this morning for breakfast.  They were fresh eggs straight off the farm.  I have cracked a purplish looking egg one that was a pink color different shades of brown and even one that was orange.  If you don't believe me find a local farmer with chickens and ask to look at fresh eggs.  You'll be amazed at the different colors and shapes.  I had never seen different colored eggs other than the ones we color at easter time, until I moved to a small farm town in Texas.
