I have a small electric chopper also.  It works great for onion and very easy clean up.

Someone once told me if you put an onion in a freezer for about 15 minutes before you need to chop it up, that is helps you from tearing up.  I am not sure how accurate this is...but I think I might try it next time.  That - or just buy the pre-packaged, pre-chopped up onions...  Unless that is cheating, is it?? :star: :star: :star:
