We cook what ever we have a taste for, not everyones holiday food is the same.  I have not cooked a ham or turkey for christmas in years.  There is only the 2 of us.  I really dont want to go thru the hassle.

I agree that it can be a hassle to cook a huge meal just for 2 people, but if you get a small spiral ham, they are easy to fix and SO good!! Then you could get a pre-made pasta or potato salad and steam some broccoli to go with it. That makes a good meal and easy to fix!! I'm making myself hungry!!

I know many people who eat fast food on holidays. Mainly lazy college students  Oh, and some Ramen if they are feeling frisky 

Allot of snack type stuff on New Year's  Eve is my thing! I think I put more planning into that then into the other holiday meals since I plan a real meal for Christmas and New Year's Day that are more traditional.
