What would you do if you won the lottery?

I would have surgery that I've been putting off and couldn't afford, then I would travel around the world. I would also do my best to shut down every puppy mill and create a well-staffed place where any domestic animal could have a happy home.  And pay off bills and help my family, of course!

Simple, Pay off Mortage, Car Loan, Student Loans, Invest the remaining 80% in stocks and 20% in Online Savings Account.  (I would also not tell anyone I won)...

Pay off all the loans we have house, car, student. Get a new van because ours makes some funny noise. I would save some money for the future. I would live comfortably and help some people out.

I know the first thing I'd do is get a good financial planner and tax accountant.

Like most of the posters I would pay off my bills,  help my children and invest the rest so I would not have to worry about paying bills.  And yes I would probably stimulate the economy with a little bit of surplus shopping.

I would buy a house for me and another one for my friend and her daughter. I'd rescue animals,get botox and buy an Rv to tour the country.

If I won the lottery I would buy a small farm in Virginia, get a new vehicle, take a long vacation to Europe to visit all the castles, give some money to my parents, donate to the NRA and veterans groups, and invest whatever's left.

I would shout "halleuia!" Then give 10% to my church including chariable organizationsy. Pay off all my debts. Buy my wife everything she desires. Find poor families to help.
