I think bullying is definitely wrong and something needs to be done when it is allowed in the workplace. Your so right when you say being silent about it does not help. But what do you do when its a serious incident and when you speak up you get lashed at. Real bullies in the adult work force or adult life will do this. they will often say I feel like you are bullying me. That tends to make the person who is being bullied shut up about the way they are starting to express how they feel. Its devious really to be a bully and then play the blame game on the person you are hurting in order to get them to be quiet so you can bully them more. Its like the grand deception is going on out there. You think a person is your friend but really they are just pretending so they can strike when its good for them to score points and make it look like you are dumb and they are the best. Something has to be done about societies adult bullies as well.
