I'm heading up to my parent's place.  They're hosting the extended family Thanksgiving this year.  Always a good time and good food.  Plus will be nice to have a long weekend to relax.

Well, the few of us who are left, and aren't mad at another one, will get together, have a traditional turkey and ham and about 20 other dishes that aren't necessary, but my mom just keeps wanting us to cook something else just in case.

Going to be a small one this year. Taking it easy. Should be pleasant. Still going to make Turkey and various foods, just a lot LESS than normal.

It all depends, I really don't know yet. I may have dinner by myself.

I live in Oregon and all of my children are either working or going to college in Utah and Idaho, so my husband and I are driving to Idaho and the Utah children are coming to Idaho so we can all be together for Thanksgiving.

My family and I are headed to the beach.  We live in North Carolina, so the beach is only about three hours from where we live.  We rented a nice beach house right on the beach in Wrightsville.  Really nice place.  The water is a little cold, but I am going in!!  Besides, I have a 18 year old son and 12 year old daughter, and there is no doubt in my mind that they are going swimming.  My plans, swim a little and read two books on the beach.  Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving.

this Thanksgiving I will most likely be going  to 3 get togethers. One with my family, one with my boyfriends family, and the last one with friends for the Buckeyes game on teh 27th :)

This year going to cook here at home.  Part of family will be here.  I enjoy cooking and see family enjoy it and all of us be together.

One daughter has it every year.  This year we are having new extended family.  My daughter has another "son" living with them.  His family is from another state and he was getting in with the wrong kids and having substance problems.  He has been with them since August and has adjusted remarkedbly.

Family, food, Macys thanksgiving parade on tv, the usual.

Sounds like my Thanksgiving each year. Although this year, the first thing I am doing when I get up is running a 7 miler on a trailway with my friends. At least I can eat a big Thanksgiving meal afterwards and not feel guilty about it later...lol!!!  :P ;D
