My Thought Counts "Error initializing user!"

So for weeks now this survey has been hit or miss as most are but for the past 3 or 4 days now I get this message when I load it up, "Error initializing user!" Is anyone else having this same problem or getting the same error messege? I havent completed any MTC surveys on any "other" sites as well so it can't be that either...

At what stage are you getting this message?

First thought is that you may need to clear your temporary files, your cookies and your history.  (In IE use tools, internet options and follow the links to delete history etal.)  Not sure why that might help, but it doesn't hurt.

I just tried MTC and got past the demographics and entered the first survey -- so the problem is not their system.  DQ'd on the survey, but no problems during the process.

Always clear my cooks after each survey but maybe I shall try again now. It pops up before the demographics even show up so idk...

UPDATE ... yeah I just tried it again and same message. Cleared history, cookies, ssl and anything else I could think of but still no go. Maybe a support ticket is in order for this one???

I am getting that error message  I havnt qualified for my thoughts count  in awhile  i used to get one complete everyday. but now i dont have alot of time to do the surveys so i think consistency in doing the surveys counts alot

i have also gotten that message, but i close the window and reopen it, it seemed to work fine after that

I've been getting the same error lately also. Not sure whats causing it. The other day i got the error, closed the window reopened. Things looked fine, did the survey but never got paid

I've been getting this same error and its becoming frustrating...  I reopen and qualify afterwords but never get credit for it last time it's worked where I get credit is:

MyThoughtCounts - 09/22/2010 2010-09-22  $1.00 Approved 

None of the other daily's work for me though never once been creditied for them.

I received the same message when I tried that offer. The info here may help with that thanks! I was looking for my surveys.com they aren't offering at this time. If anyone can help let me know.

sorry I haven't been on to post an update but it seems to be an IE error only as everyday I go ahead and just fire up firefox and all surveys work fine.

I've gotten this error like once or twice. It's usually temporary, and I just check on it in an hour or so. If it still doesn't work, it'll usually work the next day.

Yeah I have the best luck with Firefox with the surveys.  I get way to many errors and no credits with IE and Chrome so I have just switched over to firefox for all surveys and offers and havent had many problems.
