I disagree. Sex can be a debatable topic.  It definitely falls into the taboo territory (part of life that is not talked about) which often times results in debates.

okay... Sex is great....   ..... so, how do we debate that?? We weren't presented with anything worth debating, Unless you disagree, and don't think its great. Well then, go on, debate away. hah... If they were to go on to say, but I hate eating hair. All men should shave it all off before having sex. or Sex is great, but shouldn't be legal. We could debate that. I guess the point is, if your gonna post that in the D&D, make it interesting, make it worth debating, throw some off the wall, arguable, tid bits in there... not just a star. To me, this topic could be wonderfully placed in the off-topic section.
