I went to the movies today and saw something hilarious. At a Marcus Theater, they were selling White Castle sliders... 2 for $4. o_O

WHAT the hell?!

I get a large pop for a doller becus I bout a cup that as long as I take it back they sell me an real full for a dollar that is pretty good price so I keep it so when I go too the money I save on pop and get a big pop corn and get it filled just before I  go home so I have some later that day.

We usually eat before we go but we take drinks and maybe candy in with us.

I don't know why when you go see a movie you are not allowed to bring outside food. the food we bring in is much better and you save money

The price for snacks MAY be worth it if they offered any healthy choices!  But since they don't............ :dontknow:

We wait until the movie comes out in DVD.  But my son goes to the movies.  He eats before he goes.  Then if he thinks that he wants something he will wait until he gets out.  The movie for him and friend is over 20 buck for a child that is a lot of money to have to have to go to the movie.

I knew it was wrong (not allowed) to take goodies in with me for the kids, but that was the only way we could afford to go and be able to have something a little extra while there, it actually became like a game!  ;)

I don't think it is wrong trying to save money by taking your own snacks.

I know it's wrong, but I usually buy a big bag of twizzlers or something and throw them in my purse. I've got two little ones and it's expensive to take them. I do splurge on the soda and pop corn tho :)

I dont think its wrong to bring your own snacks to movies, My neithbor has 5 kids, (one handicapped), She fills a huge plastic bag with popcorn for the kids and i think she supplies them with juice.
