Hey what are you confused about? I'll try and explain to you. If you make 30 contributing posts in a month (something at least 2 sentences) you can click the link and follow those instructions for a bonus $3 a month. As a newbie you are limited to 9 posts in 24 hours but come back for a week and you'll have it! Just fill out that form later with 3 example posts and it will also tell you how many of your posts are elligble to apply to the bonus. I would aim for over 30 just to show you are an enganged forum member.

TL:DR Make lots of posts and fill out the form to get a bonus.

Making 9 posts in a 24 hr is awesome you can make it work for every couple days of logging in and doing this as well. Making $3 a month for this is well worth it.
