Just finished reading

The Hiding Place by Trezza Azsopardi.  It started out slow, but wow, what a finish.  Pretty good book. The next one I will read A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini.  Been waiting to read it for a couple months now.  Yep, I am a slow reader.

i'm a slow reader too! it takes me forever to start
a book AND get through it. i get on book-kicks though,
where i really like to read before bed and i look forward
to it every night. it's soothing and i like to go back to
the characters and live through them for a little while
at the end of the day...

what kind of books do you like? i've not heard of the
two you mentioned. i mostly like realistic fiction, true
crime or memoirs.
