What is the best way to come out of depression?

I think we ourself should have an own study and come out of it with a pleasant feeling

I found Cognative Behavioral Therapy worked for me.  See if you can get ahold of a book called Feeling Good written by Dr. David Burns.  There is also a companion workbook, if you can find it.  I was introduced to it by a therapist years ago and have been much happier and was able to get on with life for the last 15 years without therapy! :-)
