How to start? Where to start? I just started and am a little confused on where to begin. What kind of work is there to be done?   :-

I have just started and I just kind of click around.  Sometimes I end up in places I don't know how I got there and end up clicking the back button.  If you find a better way, let me know.

sure, but what is the concept of this website? I know its to earn money..? but how?

You take offers and get credit for taking offers.   I recommend signing up for all the survey sites.  They are easy to sign up for and credit fast and usually credit well.  Also each survey site offers their own rewards when completing a survey.   Sign up for the daily email.  So the daily paid to click.  The instructions are pretty clear.  30 posts each month in forum will earn you $3 every month.   Part of the fun is learning and discovering.    Welcome to FC.  I have cashed out now six times and working on my seventh.

P.S. If you go back to FC home page, just over the first page of offers, there is a helpful tutorial.  And another link that says "Confused.  Get Help".  These tools will help you immensely.
