Yesterday I only received one, the new version....today I received 2 emails...the new version which worked fine..I was given credit immediately and the new one had a link to "read about it here" for info on the changes in email which worked fine as well.

I only received my old DCE again today.

Regarding your suggestions:

Let me know how it goes today.  I just checked ALL the email logs and I'm sure that your "new" DCE is being sent out.  We even got a serial number receipt for delivery to your address.  That said, it's definitely possible that GMail is - for one reason or another - blocking or delaying acceptance into your inbox.  One other thing you might try is to add "support@fusioncash.net" to your "Contacts" list if it's not there already.  You can also try marking the Sunday "new" DCE that you did receive, as "Important" - if you are using the Priority Inbox.

 "support@fusioncash.net" is on my contacts list and I do mark all DCEs as important each day. My Google settings are all the recommended ones and I cleared my browsing data to see if that may help. Checked my trash and spam folders too. I'll wait for your reply. Thanks for working with me on this issue.

This is normal (how I intended it to work).  You'll continue to receive BOTH emails until we officially transition to the "NEW" email.  If you unsubscribe from one, you'll be automatically unsubscribed from the other -- so for now you should just ignore the old one and use the new one.

tammypete, jorhea, kdad64, donthompson, lynnc35: You've all been added to the test and sent a test copy of today's DCE.

rbudovec: I sent you an email with another search to try.

This tells me that the DCE is not hitting your "Inbox" - it's being "archived" or sent to 'Spam' automatically.  Either it's happening because you setup a filter to do so, or because Gmail thinks that the message is spam or borderline spam.  Does the message you found with that special search show a "Spam" label?  If not, it's just being 'Archived'.

You can check to see if you have a filter for these messages by clicking this link while logged into your Gmail account:
https://mail.google.com/mail/#settings/filters
You're looking for a filter on that page that has "Do this: Skip Inbox" on it.  If you find a filter rule that is causing the DCE to skip your inbox, you should alter or delete it to allow the email to show up as you expect.  You can also try making a new filter for "from: support@fusioncash.net" and set the action to "Never send it to spam".

If you can't find a filter, or if you have no filters configured, then you just have to look for the DCE in the "All Mail" tab on the left (instead of Inbox or Priority Inbox).  When you find a DCE in there, be sure to move it to the inbox and mark it as 'important'.  After a few days of this, it should start to appear in your inbox automatically.
