I have been married for 34 yrs.I have 3 daughters and 2 granddaughters.I got married when I was 15.

I have been married for 35 years, with one daugther and one son.  My husband and I have three beautiful granddaughter and are still in love to this day.  Marriage is a little give and take and some patience.

I was in a 10 year relationship and I am SO GLAD that we did not get married.

I used to want to get married.

My parents were married for 28 years.  I always thought that I could make a marriage work if they could do it.  Everyone thought that they would be together forever.  But that sadly didn't happen.

I don't need a piece of paper to show that I am committed to somebody.

Plus the thought of having a joint checking account and their credit being my credit just scares me to death.  I am too independent for all of that.

I think that marriage was the "thing" to do for my parent's generation, but I feel different about my generation.

I was married, divorced, married again and my wife left. We are "legally" married but we haven't been in touch for over 5 years. Not real anxious to go thru that again.

I've been married for 7 years this August, but the fate of our marriage is up in the air right now. Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst. O.o

Lol no I'm not married never really had the desire to get married. I have been engaged though like two times that was pretty weird too me anyway because I wasn't use to that. But I love being single

      Things are not what they used to be. People marry then for financial reasons, security, love and/or to start a family. Now people can still have all these things and not be married. You know the single parent syndrome. And you do not have to worry about family quarrels, divorce and even widowhood.

I married when I was 23 and when my husband started CHEATING on me I divorced him after 14 years of marriage    I married again to what I thought was my knight in shining armor and it turned out I had married the spawn of satan    I divorced the abusive, lying cheating son of a gun after 9 years of torment and swore to never do that again ..... however    God brought a wonderful, faithful, kind, generous loving man into my life that had lost his wife of 30 years a few years ago and it was a match made in heaven so ... for the 3rd and final time  I AM MARRIED  and it has been almost 2 years.
