Have not signed up for this offer, but from what I could gather, you must provide a credit card and enroll in the free trial to qualify. You agree to pay $19.95 a month for three months and still pay s/h if you choose to cancel under the terms on that page. They also mention a 60-day money-back guarantee (minus s/h). In my experience, some of these offers can take 24-48 hrs or longer to credit. Have you signed up with them and not received your credit and if so how long has it been? If you feel you've been short-changed, by all means file a support ticket supplying as much detail such as when you signed up and so on and wait for a response e-mail from FC. FC will look into it and do their best to help if they can. Was any of that helpful or relevant to you? You don't sound happy, if I may say so.
