I believe that I will be having the "Chicken and Apple Sausage" Sandwich with Chips and sweet tea. All prepared at home-life of a bachelor(no complaints).

Tonight for dinner we had simple balogna and cheese sandwiches toasted on the George Foreman Grill with Doritos and good ol' water. It was simple and good.

I made baked pasta....cooked some penne pasta. Poured half in a pyrex dish, covered with half a jar of spaghetti sauce and sprinkled mozzarella cheese. Then layed with the last half of pasta, sauce and more cheese. Bake until cheese on tops melts.

i made bbq chicken tenders (found a great, mild but
sweet sauce at the grocery that doesn't have
high-fructose in it) and marinated them overnight
so they were extra juicy...

also made a pan of cornbread &tried a brocolli
stir-fry bake that i came up with on my own and
it wasn't bad! i'm starting to like veggies  :P
[ we all have a place in history. mine is in the clouds. ]

haven't had dinner yet tonight but I'm debating meatloaf or chicken -- I will cook something after I check which choice my hubby wants!

I had subway for lunch the new oven fried chicken it is amazing. They said they are going to only have it for a limited time unless it sells alot. For 6 bucks you can get a footlong, you cannot beat that, i put mayo, tomatos and olives on it, just plain good.

My mom came down to visit me, and we went out to Panda Express for some orange chicken and some other things.  The orange chicken's the only important part because that's my favorite.  It was definately delicious!
