THIS IS MY MOST SERIOUS POST SINCE I START, I KNOW THERE ARE SO MANY SLEEP AID ON THE MARKET, I HAVE INSOMNIA PROBLEM FOR A LONG TIME, AND DO NOT WHICH ONE OUT THERE IS SAFE TO TAKE, HOPE SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME ADVISE

Try Melatonin... it's natural, and it's non-habit forming... My pediatrician actually recommended it for my daughter b/c she was IMPOSSIBLE to get to sleep... My sister also said that her oncologist recommended it after her chemo b/c she had a hard time sleeping. It wont' KEEP you asleep, but it helps PUT you to sleep. You can find it in the vitamin section. Good luck.
